Super Green Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp GBX Green Barley
  • 1 green coconut – use both the coconut water and the pulp
  • 1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight) – skins can be removed if desired but not necessary
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 serve of your favourite protein powder (optional)

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Super Charge Smoothie

  • 1 tsp GBX Green Barley
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp Acai
  • 1 tsp fine coconut
  • 1 tsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Goji berries
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Rice Milk

Blend until smooth.

Spring in Your Step Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp GBX Green Barley
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 c of water

Blend until smooth.
