Green Barley is made from the young green leaves of organically grown barley grass cultivated in rich fertile soil.  It is harvested when the young shoots are at their nutrient peak; the time when the plant concentrates its nutrients to support new growth.

Within 1 hour of harvesting, the young shoots go through a unique drying process at very low temperature that is designed to preserve maximum levels of enzymes, vitamins, amino acids and other key nutrients.  This drying process occurs over a 24 hour period while many other barley grass products are dried within a matter of hours.

It is then ground, without employing heat or friction, by an exclusive powdering method that produces micro-fine powder, allowing all its nutrients to be more available to the body.  This ensures that the green barley is very easily dissolved in cold beverages.

The entire process of growing, harvesting, processing, and packaging takes place all in the same location minimising loss of nutrients due to travel time and exposure to the elements.
